These terms govern access to arwen.info, account registration, membership payments, and use of membership services.
تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام arwen.info وإنشاء الحساب ودفع العضوية والاستفادة من خدماتها.
Acceptance and accounts
By creating an account or paying for membership, you confirm that the submitted information is accurate and that you accept these terms and the Membership Agreement. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity.
Payments
The displayed annual price is USD 10 per person. A membership is activated only after Stripe confirms a successful payment to the server. Failed or pending payments do not create a paid membership.
Appropriate use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, create duplicate accounts to obtain unintended benefits, or submit false information. We may restrict access when needed to protect members and the service.
Service availability
Online features, crisis activation, basket availability, and fulfillment may depend on location, operational capacity, safety, suppliers, and events beyond reasonable control. Current eligibility and fulfillment details are defined by the Membership Agreement.
Updates
We may update these terms prospectively. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
القبول والحسابات
بإنشاء حساب أو دفع رسوم العضوية، تؤكد صحة المعلومات المقدمة وموافقتك على هذه الشروط واتفاقية العضوية. أنت مسؤول عن بيانات الدخول ونشاط حسابك.
المدفوعات
السعر السنوي المعروض هو 10 دولارات أمريكية للفرد. لا تُفعّل العضوية إلا بعد أن تؤكد Stripe نجاح الدفع للخادم. المدفوعات الفاشلة أو المعلقة لا تنشئ عضوية مدفوعة.
الاستخدام المناسب
يُمنع إساءة استخدام الموقع أو تعطيل حمايته أو إنشاء حسابات مكررة للحصول على مزايا غير مقصودة أو تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة. يمكن تقييد الوصول عند الحاجة لحماية الأعضاء والخدمة.
توفر الخدمة
قد تعتمد الميزات الإلكترونية وتفعيل الأزمة وتوفر السلال وتنفيذها على الموقع الجغرافي والقدرة التشغيلية والسلامة والموردين والظروف الخارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة. تحدد اتفاقية العضوية تفاصيل الاستحقاق والتنفيذ الحالية.
التحديثات
يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط للمستقبل. تُنشر التغييرات الجوهرية في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان محدث.
