This page explains cancellation and refund handling for the USD 10 annual individual membership.

Before successful payment
You may leave checkout before payment is completed. A failed, cancelled, or pending payment does not activate a paid membership.
After activation
Membership fees are generally non-refundable after activation, except for duplicate charges, confirmed processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may result in membership cancellation.
Cancellation and renewal
You may request cancellation of future renewal. No automatic recurring charge is enabled at this stage. If recurring renewal is offered later, it will require clear consent. Continuous renewal preserves the eligibility period; a lapse followed by rejoining begins a new six-month period.
How to request help
Contact support with the account email, Member ID if available, payment date, and transaction reference. Do not send card numbers or CVV.
قبل نجاح الدفع
يمكنك مغادرة صفحة الدفع قبل اكتماله. الدفع الفاشل أو الملغى أو المعلق لا يفعّل عضوية مدفوعة.
بعد التفعيل
رسوم العضوية غير قابلة للاسترداد عمومًا بعد التفعيل، باستثناء الخصم المكرر أو خطأ المعالجة المؤكد أو العملية غير المصرح بها أو الحالات التي يوجب فيها النظام خلاف ذلك. تعاد المبالغ المعتمدة عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية، وقد يترتب عليها إلغاء العضوية.
الإلغاء والتجديد
يمكنك طلب إلغاء التجديد المستقبلي. لا يوجد خصم دوري تلقائي مفعّل في هذه المرحلة. إذا أتيح التجديد الدوري لاحقًا فسيتطلب موافقة واضحة. يحافظ التجديد المستمر على فترة التأهيل، أما الانقطاع ثم العودة فيبدأ فترة جديدة مدتها ستة أشهر.
طلب المساعدة
تواصل مع الدعم مع ذكر بريد الحساب ورقم العضو إن توفر وتاريخ الدفع ومرجع العملية. لا ترسل أرقام البطاقات أو CVV.
